Supervisor’s Special Meeting
July 22, 2026
The Otto Township Board of Supervisors held a special meeting on July 22, 2026, at the Otto Township Offices. Board members were Supervisors Christopher Kaluza, Gerard Rettger, and Dennis Mong. Secretary present was Jeannine Drummond. Guest present was Colleen Ross.
Christopher Kaluza called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Jeannine presented and read a Resolution for the DCED Multimodal grant for School Street Road project. The grant application will be in the amount of $218,616.00 for phase 1 of the project. Gerard motioned to approve, Christopher 2nd AIF.
The Supervisors then discussed the quote for the siding at the old Police Building at the park. Insurance company will only pay 1/3 of quote price for the repairs to the siding on the 1 side of the building that was damaged. Gerard motioned to accept what the insurance is paying, Dennis 2nd AIF.
Christopher motioned to adjourn at 6:08 pm, Gerard 2nd AIF.
