_Otto Township Supervisor’s Meeting Minutes
January 5, 2026
The Otto Township Supervisor’s meeting was held on January 5, 2026, at The Otto Township Office Building. Board members present were Supervisors Gerard Rettger, Dennis Mong and Christopher Kaluza, Secretary Jeannine Drummond. Visitors in attendance include Carol Stuck, Tina Crandall, and Colleen Ross.
Christopher Kaluza called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. after closing the annual organizational meeting.
Visitors were welcomed.
Carol Stuck asked about having the hedges trimmed back on the corner of Bunker Street and Grant Street. The bushes are blocking the view when pulling out.
December 2025 meeting minutes were reviewed. Christopher motioned to accept, Gerard 2nd AIF
The treasurer’s report, bills and bank statements were reviewed. Motion Gerard, Christopher 2nd AIF.
Park Report- Closed
Road Work Report- CJ read the road report.
Police Report- Nothing
OLD BUSINESS:
Updates Kansas Branch Project- None
Christopher checked into the parking issue on Main Street. The Ordinance would need amended to regulate the parking issue.
NEW BUSINESS:
Land separation for Steven and Kathleen Kerr-Gerard motioned to wait until next meeting to get some questions answered. Christopher 2nd AIF
The Supervisors discussed the issues with cars parking along Grant Street making it difficult for plow trucks and vehicles to get through.
Christopher motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:42 pm. Dennis 2nd AIF.
